4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through our online checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorise us (and our payment partners) to charge your nominated method for the total order value.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver within Australia. Shipping rates and timeframes are listed at checkout and on our Delivery Information page. Once a parcel leaves our studio, delays caused by postal carriers are unfortunately beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because our pieces are handmade, each one is unique. We accept returns or exchanges only in accordance with Australian Consumer Law or where a product is faulty.
