Returns and refunds

All purchases from Kasia’s Canvas are protected under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Each item is handmade, so small variations in colour, pattern or texture are part of its character and not considered faults. We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, but if something arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll make it right.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at [email protected] within 2 days of receiving your parcel.

After this period, we’re unable to guarantee a refund or replacement.

To help us assess the issue, please include:

  • Your proof of purchase, and
  • Clear photos showing the damaged item, original packaging, and postage label.
  • Once reviewed, we’ll be in touch with the next step.
  • If possible, we’ll repair or replace the item.
  • If that isn’t possible, we’ll refund the full order amount, including original postage, to your payment method.

Change of Mind

As each piece is handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
